Purpose of the app
Earn Ahead is a budgeting and planning tool. It is not financial, legal, tax, accounting, investment, credit, or other professional advice.
Targets and projections are estimates based on information you enter. Irregular-income planning cannot guarantee that you will earn enough to meet a bill, expense, or other obligation.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for checking amounts, due dates, schedules, earnings, funded amounts, and any decisions you make. You should use your own judgment and seek qualified advice when needed.
Free and Pro
Earn Ahead offers a Free plan and an optional Pro plan. Planned Pro pricing is $4.99 per month or $39 per year. Features and limits are shown in the app.
When payments are enabled, billing and subscription management will be handled through Payhip. You may cancel a Pro subscription at any time to stop future renewals. Cancellation does not automatically refund charges already processed, and Pro access continues through the end of the applicable paid billing period unless required otherwise by law or payment-provider rules.
Payments already processed are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or where Earn Ahead chooses to issue a refund. Any refund or cancellation rights required by applicable law remain unaffected.
Your data and backups
Most budgeting data is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for keeping backups you export. Clearing app/browser data or uninstalling the app may remove local data.
Acceptable use
Use Earn Ahead lawfully and do not attempt to interfere with the app, bypass access controls, reverse engineer protected services, or misuse another person’s purchase email or entitlement.
Availability and updates
We may change, update, pause, or discontinue features. We will try to make reasonable updates, but uninterrupted or error-free service is not guaranteed.
Disclaimers and limits
To the extent permitted by law, Earn Ahead is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of calculations or projections. To the extent permitted by law, Earn Ahead and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or financial losses arising from use of the app.
Intellectual property and termination
Earn Ahead’s app content, name, design, and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We may suspend or end access for misuse, nonpayment, legal requirements, or service changes. You may stop using the app at any time.
Changes, governing law, and contact
We may update these terms and will update the effective date. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without limiting consumer-protection rights that cannot be waived.
