What Earn Ahead is
Earn Ahead is a budgeting and planning app for people whose work schedule and income can change. It helps you plan what you may need to earn before upcoming obligations.
Information stored on your device
Most budgeting information is stored locally in your browser or app unless we clearly state otherwise. That can include your work schedule, planned start and end times, planned hours, earnings, obligations, bills, funded amounts, history, and app settings.
Earn Ahead does not currently connect to a bank account or automatically import bank transactions.
Pro entitlement information
Once Pro is activated, the entitlement service may store and process your customer email, subscription status, plan, subscription ID, product identifier, and creation or update timestamps. That information is used to verify whether Pro features should be active.
Payment processing will be handled through Payhip once payments are enabled. Earn Ahead is not intended to store your payment card details.
Backups and deletion
Pro backup/export files are created and controlled by you. Keep them somewhere you trust. If you clear browser or app storage, uninstall the app, or delete device data, locally stored budgeting information may be lost unless you have exported a backup.
Sharing and sales of data
Earn Ahead does not sell personal budgeting data. We do not currently use analytics, advertising analytics, Google Analytics, Search Console, or similar tracking services.
If payment is connected later, Payhip will handle payment processing under its own policies. The entitlement service will use only the information needed to confirm your Pro access.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the service, including keeping payment-provider secrets out of the app and validating payment webhooks server-side. No service or device can promise perfect security, so you should protect your device and backups.
Your choices and questions

Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Earn Ahead changes. The current version will show an effective date at the top. Material changes will be handled as required by applicable law.
